EmpowerEd Youth Initiative
At Hope for Good, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive—no matter their circumstances. Our EmpowerEd Youth Initiative invests in young people by opening doors to education, mentorship, and personal development opportunities that nurture the whole child.
Through our partnership with Mon Amie’s Learning Lab, we sponsor students to receive individualized tutoring and academic coaching designed to close learning gaps and build confidence. As a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO), we also provide private school tuition assistance for families seeking environments that better support their child’s unique learning needs, such as smaller class sizes or neurodivergent accommodations.
In addition, Hope for Good sponsors student participation in youth development and psychoeducational workshops that teach essential life skills, promote emotional resilience, and help young people discover their purpose and potential.

Youth Initiatives

Sports League
Exciting news! Hope for Good is launching a sports ministry to create a league for students between the ages of 5 and 12 in our community, with a particular focus on those in underserved areas. Our goal is to provide students with fun and engaging activities and bring families together, all while meeting the needs of our local community. Our mission as ambassadors of Christ is to train the entire child, inspiring student-athletes to achieve excellence both on and off the court/field. We empower children and adolescents to strengthen families and use sports as a means of ministering and forming meaningful connections with families in our community.
We are proud to be a partner of Upward Sports, where we guide children in making wise decisions, enhancing their physical abilities, discovering their life's purpose, and nurturing healthy relationships in all areas of their lives.
Our league is currently composed of basketball and cheerleading, and the sports offered may change depending on the season.

Youth Development Program Sponsor
We understand that the journey toward success can be tough and daunting, especially for young minds. That's why we've partnered with a local wellness and consulting firm, MonAmie’s Business and Wellness Solutions, who has developed a signature youth empowerment program called "Polished, Poised, and Prepared for Success." The program is carefully crafted to equip students between 6 and 18 years old with invaluable skills that will help them face any challenges that come their way. Our aim is to foster a supportive environment where young people can work together, share ideas, and grow in confidence.
